Competition - For the Love of the Game... "top gun".

As we pick up the "stick" and lace up the blades....success begins with the choice to "win". There is no "I" in team. However, every good sportsman knows, you have to kick it up a notch or you are going to "ride" the bench.

Leader's set the standard for #globalskills, the, "little "kahuna's, look up to the "big kahuna's". What drives innovation and success? Everything begins with a vision. Inspire greatness or accept defeat. Invictus.

In any game in life there are winners and losers however, can we change the rules of an "already established game"? 21 or bust or the house always wins? Lock and load and let it be, 2 minutes in the penalty box for "misconduct", is the punishment fitting for the crime? I think in the end....it's just for the thrill of the "ride". :-)

Attraction, male vs female. "The power of the hunt". Individual vs the collective. How are cultures of communities developed? What is the "code of the hood"? What are the "global skills" that encompass the elements, influences and indicators impacting the culture of conduct in your community?

One level of society impacts another and this thought, impacts the knowledge, skills and "outcomes" in today's classrooms.

One level of society, impacts another. What is the practice of the "top guns"?

Why do sportsman seek the "breakaway? The feeling of potting the "hundredth goal"? He goes up the side, shifts up the middle, he shoots, he "scores"! Bring it on! Let's dance! Drop the gloves on the ice, 3 hits, me hitting you, you hitting the floor! What causes the thrill?

EXPLODE...ENERGY...HIGH....Why do kamikaze pilots wear helmets?

I heard an expression once, there is a fine line between confidence and cockiness. I have experienced, quite deliberately in some cases, how to "lose friends and alienate people", I have also made the gravest mistake of sometimes "pulling weeds where there once was "fruit".

Knock out! Float like a butterfly...sting like a bee. Some birds do not belong in a cage and they need to be released from the Shaw-shank,. What makes us push ourselves to be "better"? To go "mock 2 with your hair on fire"? Who and what inspires you to make the choices that you do? What moves you forward? What makes your heart sing with joy?

Is it the "eye" of that "special guy or gal"? The music of the big "O"? Meeeooooowwwww SCORE!

What ever moves you forward, remember, beauty is most certainly in the eye of the "beholder". Sometimes not everything is as it seems, however, everything is most certainly connected.

What is the code that unlocks the door to enter into your hood? What skills allow us to survive in the desert, street or mountain range? Who is the top gun that you choose to emulate? What influences the thought culture that is you? What drives you to win?

Wake up and tune up. Sometimes, you just have to take a stand. Let go and go with the flow. A good rule of thumb to remember, "we are all heart". Honor, integrity, inspiration, passion, enthusiasm, "UN - sportsman like conduct", that begins with you.

What is your vision when leading the "clan" or leading the team? If you accept "the lip" in one environment, it spills over into another. Inspire or expire, lead with the right or "feed the south paw with the left". You have to know what its' time to cash in your chips, fold the cards and call it!
