It is Sunday morning, Feb 25th, 2018. I am " drinking "the perfect cup of coffee"..... taking on board the peace and tranquility of my environment...I search for the perfect peace pipe... Stability, calm and quiet. The earth is not shaking around me I am at peace....
I have read the signs of my environment......
AHHHHHH Relief! HOME FREE....I am in God's Country.
What will my Indigenous name be? I do not know.......I await for the sign from those that are older than me.....Shemani to tanka obawachi! Dances with wolves maybe? I cried this morning when I saw the clip.....they were tears of joy....
My cup runneth over....Perhaps I am meant to become a healer?.....As I carry two gratitude stones in my pockets, one white, the other black, I am reminded of the spirit bear and the wolf that is inside us all. There is good and evil in all of us. The one that wins...is the one we feed....
Like the onion... powerful in its healing powers...however, when bitten raw....the taste is not so sweet. When given heat the flavors accentuate the most dullest of dishes. It gives it a bit of "zip".

Re - arranging thought to the question, what controls the world?
Living for 15 years in a region that has been tempered with unrest has proven to take its toll on my "warrior" spirit. Coming back to my homeland I needed to be "reprogrammed" as I had "forgotten" what it meant to be "me".
What about me? Where do I fall into this equation?
Who am I? A question that we must ask ourselves each and every day...you take on board the "values" of your community......For me...that involves so many different things....as I have picked up many "feathers" from so many cultures to wear on my dress....
I wear the colorful ribbons on my head to dance the Kolymaka, the sword dance on the magical Persian carpet, I am the "horse people" too...I am both an Arabian and a Spanish Mustang who tries to dance the lord of the dance... I shoot and I score.......
Let's start there.....

As I drink my 3 +1 coffee made with "pure life" water drinking from my Vincent Van-gogh coffee mug. I am inspired at the thought of what is to come......
I am Canadian, I am Ukrainian, I am Polish, I am.......an educator...I am a teacher....I am....many things....

What do you value? Where do your values come from?......
Everyone one on the planet just wants the same thing in life regardless of where we reside on the planet.....we all just want to be healthy and happy.......
What makes your heart sing with joy? Woop woop...he shoots...he scores.....
Do you sing, paint, dance, play sport, teach the children, feed the people, lead the organization, raise the child...what ever you choose....be sure that it resonates with you....
Celebrate the diversity that is within each of us. It is what makes us all unique.

I'd like to taste Kimchee...I have never experienced that kind of culture before....
All I know is that in what ever your environment......
You just sometimes have to "let go"..and go for a ride.....and "own your own kind of crazy".
