Logic Model - Assessment of Culture impacting 'Schools"


Why do things happen the way that they do? What impacts the knowledge and skills at play in today's classrooms? What are the elements, influences and indicators of culture impacting, supporting or impeding growth and evolution of communities?


When completing assessments of countries, communities or "organizations", we examine a variety of levels of society determining how these sectors influence the outcomes at play in today's classrooms.

Nothing just "happens". One level of society impacts another. Why are teachers paying out of pocket to "teach other's children"? Would you pay out of pocket to do your job? Why is the "social service industry (middle class) paid so little in comparison to other employment sectors?

Where is the money going? Why don't communities grow forward? What's the deal?

What is available in the community to access resources to develop new innovation? Is there equal access for all? How do communities / countries create new #futureskills to create new employment to create new "money"?

Can you make money without money? How do we prepare our youth for a progressive life from cradle to grave? How can we support evolution of our economies forward creating sustainable social enterprise?

If you are interested in things "staying the same, keep on solving the problems with the same thought that created the problem it in the first place. If you are interested in "moving forward", solutions must be created using a "different vantage point" and perception. The solution feels much different than the problem.

Human beings are "energy" and everything else that happens to them is a result of "thought culture". What kind of cultures are being created in the 21st century? Inspired or expired environments? A feeling of innovation or stagnation? Open doors or closed doors?

Albert Einstein once said, "the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results". Change begins with a willingness to admit that "change is needed". Change also begins first and foremost with "you".
