The ABC-IQ Future Skills Leadership and Governance Culture Systems Analysis Program is designed for executives or equivalent who are committed to public service excellence and who desire to continue improving their leadership capacity skills and abilities through emotional intelligence and applied cognitive behavioral science.

The one-week program has 9 themes of experiential learning through examination of the elements, influences and indicators of culture creating organized economies.

Over the course of the program, participants develop applied strategic and tactical know-how needed to successfully navigate leadership capacity development in an increasingly complex digital world that is shaped by major forces such as globalization, modernization, westernization and technology advancements.

The ABC-IQ program is based upon a framework developed by ABC-IQ that focuses on examination of the elements, influences and indicators of culture impacting the evolution of a globally skilled 21st century knowledge based economies. Public sector requirements consistent with Government of Canada and the United Nations Human Rights Commission Development competencies.

The ABC-IQ program incorporates state-of-the-art teaching methods, world-class thought leadership, and stimulating learning discussions across interdisciplinary areas influencing the creation of 21st century knowledge based economies.

Class size is limited to enhance the quality of learning. Maximum groups of 5 -25 for "strategic think tank" group planning sessions.

A 360 assessment is provided to each participant to supplement ABC-IQ mentoring and coaching.

Optional - In Country study - assessment - an opportunity to consolidate theoretical frameworks and applied learning - working with the culture analysis team analyze local environments.

Police / emergency first response/ trauma / resiliency teams/ researchers, administrators, governmental leaders or equivalent, keenly interested in furthering their professional development and leadership skills, who have:

What are the costs?

Tuition for the 5 Day Experiential Learning Program with a Certified ABC-IQ Instructor + cost of international travel and accommodation. Inquire.

This includes all instructional materials, assessments, consulting, on-site meals, and activities.

Full tuition payment is due prior. Participants are responsible for flight arrangements.
How will I be assessed?
Satisfactory completion of all assignments, projects, and guided learning. self assessment and self application.
Strategic planning of your "implementation" plan. Outcomes will be assessed by the "standard" set by your organization.
